Yes, that does sound extremely high, and yes, that may just be my personal opinion. But it does seem supported by many of the studies I have personally conducted and many of the books I have read on the subject.

Yes, tenacity, perseverance, hard work, intelligence and luck are important elements to your success too, but Mindset trumps them all.

Mindset is a word that may be a challenge to define and may also be a single word that encompass many things including not only what you believe to be true, how you think and how you look at the world, but also has influence on your confidence, your level of natural authority and much more, all of which are important to your success, both personally and professionally.

Module 2 – Begin With The End In Mind

As you will learn in the program the most successful entrepreneurs begin with the End in Mind.

If you don’t know where you are going, you won’t know which way to go. If you do not set measurable milestones or expectations for results you wish to achieve, then your results will be whatever, and my contention is, you won’t be happy with the level of the whatever results.

If you have a specific destination in mind, the chances of you reaching that specific destination are so much greater. It becomes your beacon that you are honing in on, and the decisions that you will be making on a daily basis become easier to make.

The Automated Millionaire Business System also starts with the end in mind, so we will look at how we establish the goals we should pursue and how we establish the destination for our entrepreneurial journey, so we increase the likelihood of our success in and with our business.

Module 3 – Establish Your Management Team

When you start out a business from the very initial onset, you may very well be all alone in your endeavor, being the only person in your business, but soon enough you’ll have more people involved by way of employees.

To truly gain real success and scale of any business, employees are critical. You don’t have to go it alone, and in fact you shouldn’t go it alone.

But having employees comes with a slew of challenges, and while many people ends up being a manager of people, far too few ever really understands how to manage people for optimizing success.

To gain the success you desire for your business you will need a team of great people and you will need a great system for managing this team and all other employees of your business. In Module 3, I show you how you choose your system, and along with the rest of the method of The Automated Millionaire Business System, you will see how it all comes together and paves the way not only for great success, but also for much more efficiently run business, which will affrd you more time you can use to pursue other interests or spend with loved ones.

Module 4 – Cash Flow Management

We have all heard it far too often: Cash is King!

And while we have heard it too often, it is still very true. Without cash even what could be a great business will fall.

If you cannot sustain your business with the necessary operating cash during a tight period or a temporary period of negative cash flow, then you can soon enough lose the business entirely.

Managing cash is essential and critical to operating your business and for making the best choices in your business.

Most companies, however, even relatively large companies, do not have much of a system for managing cash. Especially smaller business at best just take a quick glance on current bank balance and then perhaps try to factor in what bills need to be paid soon and maybe what invoices you may be able to get your customers and clients to pay you in foreseeable future.

But this provides an extremely inadequate view of your cash flow situation.

In this Module, I will teach you how we run cash flow management much more optimally, using The Automated Millionaire Cash Flow Management Tool.

With this tool, although it is very simple, it’s also extremely powerful and can help you foresse with high levels of accurary what your cash will look like this week, next week and indeed every week for the next 13 weeks.

Used correctly, you will be able to accurately determine your cash within about $1,000 accuracy of what your cash in reality will come to look like.

Furthermore, following along The Automated Millionaire Business System, you will learn how to track any and all changes that you implement in your operation and business and how this will affect your Cash Flow, positively or negatively.

Module 5 – Undesirable Outcomes

From having visited and helped so many companies of all kinds all over the US, Canada and even Europe, I have come to realize that we all pretty much mess up in our business. Sometimes things aren’t too bad, other times the mess ups are pretty severe.

The great news, however, is, that by fixing some of the mess ups we gain improved results, as in typically increased profits!

In other words, there’s cash in the mess up – or rather, there’s cash in the fixing of the mess ups.

The Automated Millionaire Business System is not just a method for running your business in a more efficient manner and a system for keeping your team and employees accountable for creating and obtaining desired results, but also a method by which you “sniff out” the Undesirable Outcomes, or if you will the Mess Ups that are costing you money.

In this Module, I will show you how you can identify such Undesirable Outcomes and then what to do about them. This is often where we find the extra Cash in your business. Cash that’s basically is already there. It’s also where we can continuously improve upon our business.

Module 6 – Finding The Cash In Your Business

Every Module in this program is tightly knit to each other, so this Module of course is especially tightly knit with Module 5 as you can also gather when you read the above description of said Module.

But in this Module I will expand on how we Quantify the cash of the Undesirable Outcomes.

As you will see from the training, once you get into it, Quantifying the Cash is super critical and is also how we will get a good idea about how we prioritize our daily activities and focus in our business, and how we also find the extra motivation to get reach the next milestone, but also how we will actually turn our pursuit into cash (when we use the findings of this Module along with the next few Modules also).

We will of course explore numerous examples. These are examples from real life from companies that I have had the privilege to help over the course of years. Examples are awesome not only to illustrate the actual method of identifying the Undesirable Outcomes, Quantifying them, but also in finding out how to solve them.

As mentioned in the description of Module 3, you will not be carrying out your business and your route towards greater success by yourself. That would be a great mistake.

No, you will be doing so by leading your Management Team to produce greater results, and when done correctly you should be able to soon enough (if indeed this would be your wish) to be able to actually elevate yourself to the true role of being a Business Owner, not necessarily having to be the Business Operator.

The Management Team Meetings is how you will ensure your business ends up with the desired results continously, whether you decide to engage in daily operations heavily or perhaps less heavily.

Module 10 – Running Your Business For Success – Bonus Module
